Today i am reviewing a wonderful body lotion ,Dark kiss by Bath and Body Works. I got a sample size of this body lotion in my January edition of Vellvette box. Dark Kiss body lotion is a part of their signature range. I always wanted to try their range of body lotion but could not because of its unavailability in India.

Packaging:

Dark Kiss comes in a transparent hourglass shaped plastic bottle, Topped with a push up cap with a small nozzle for dispensing the lotion.The packaging is quite sturdy and you can safely carry it in your travel bag.The label is of purple colour with purple flowers and the name of the scent is in white.Behind you get to see an entire list of ingredients used in the lotion and their Ohio Head Quarter Address and Website Address. The quantity is 2FL OZ/59 ML

My views:

The lotion is tinged a bit purple and has a light non greasy consistency. It has a creamy texture unlike runny consistensy of most of the body lotion.It sinks in very quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.The lotion will work well for people with dry skin. Super dry skinned beauties should try the body butter in this range.

Bath and Body Works Dark Kiss is described as “seductive blend of dark berries with a kiss of vanilla to unleash your most primal passion”. The scent is very strong and seductive, A mix of berries, musk and vanilla.The lotion actually has a potency of perfume. The smell lingers for more than 16 hours on me.The smell can be overpowering and is not advised for people with sensitive nose. Not many people rave about the smell of this lotion, probably because it’s a bit too strong. People with a nose for citrus scent should stay away from this.It smell beautiful and makes me smell my hands over and over again.

The only con I can find is that is that it is not available in India and its price. You can order from their website and most of the time they are on discount but the shipping charges add a lot to the price. I even heard that Dark Kiss will be discounted so try to get your hands before they get out of stock,
